Troubleshooting
Help us!

The following are the most common problems you may face when playing our games and how to solve them.

Please read carefully the minimum requirements of each of our games and ensure they suit your PC before getting angry and post disgusting stuff on forums (ahem).

We make a lot of effort to make our games run in most of modern (and not so modern) computers, but we are a tiny programming team and do not have all the time in the world neither all the graphics cards in the market (although we'd like to!). Hope these tips will help you!
When playing Crazy Cows - Attack Of The Horny Big Breasted Mammals or Ballman Planets...
Graphics card not supporting OpenGL 2.0

We are sorry but, to be played, this game requires a graphics card with OpenGL 2.0 or higher shader support.

Slow performance

If your graphics card does support OpenGL 2.0 but the game runs at an extremely low framerate (let's say, you can have a cup of coffee until the main menu is shown) you should then update your graphics card driver. It is known that many old ATI or nVidia drivers have shown up with this problem.
Game crashing under Windows 7

This problem has been detected with some computers using Windows 7. If this happens, run the game under XP compatibility mode.

Multiplayer LAN connection not working

This game uses ports 9000 and 9001 to stablish connection between server and client. Ensure you do not have any firewall or antivirus blocking the connection. Bear in mind that Windows XP or Vista also show that funny message at the right bottom of the screen informing about incoming connections and so, which often freeze the game screen.
Ground is rendered absolutely in black and I've got an ATI card

You need to install the upgrade to v1.01 ATI patch (sorry, our fault!)

When playing Ballman Planets...
Which glasses should I use to view the game in 3D?

At the moment, the red-cyan anaglyph glasses, but we are going to provide support also for the green-magenta ones in newer versions.
